By placing an order or using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not order.

1. What we sell

Apex Studio Pro sells fixed-price digital deliverables produced from the material you provide. All prices are in US dollars, one-time, and shown before you pay:

• Apex Store — from $179: an online store programmed and prepared for you (not a rented shop on a third-party platform), published by default under Apex Studio Pro's name and address, with a cinematic design (up to 15 products, with every supplied product photo colour-corrected, sharpened and framed uniformly at 4:5) with a private PIN-protected manager page to update prices, stock and photos, with cart and direct checkout via WhatsApp / e-mail, 1 cinematic video and hosting. You then choose the services you need, each with its own one-time price shown on the pricing section and the order page: unlimited products, QR menu and cards, mobile app (PWA), Apex Live (live table orders, waiter calls and bill requests, for restaurants and cafes only), Google Business Profile kit, 30-second promo video, your own .com domain (first-year registration and connection), Launch Playbook. The more services you choose, the lower the total (automatic discount of 10% from 3 services and 15% from 5 services, the store counting as one). Build your pack is open to every kind of business. A store only option without the private manager page is also available at a reduced price; later changes are then made by us on request and quoted separately, and it cannot be combined with unlimited products or Apex Live.
• Restaurant & Cafe Bundle: a fixed price for restaurants and cafes that includes the Apex Store with unlimited products, QR menu and cards, mobile app (PWA), Apex Live and the Google Business Profile kit (the 30-second promo video is not part of the bundle and can be added as an option). The bundle price is shown on the pricing section and the order page before you pay.
• Optional services include a 30-second AI-generated cinematic promo video made from your photos (one version, without revisions; AI motion is creative, so small details may differ from the photo; a new version is a new order at the full price) and your own .com domain (registered for the first year in your name and connected; renewal is paid by you to the registrar). Without this option your store stays under Apex Studio Pro's name and address.
• Express delivery (+$25 on a store order). Orders placed before a pricing change (including earlier Cinematic Pack orders) keep the contents and price shown when they were ordered.

The exact contents of each package are listed on the pricing section and the order page; the order summary shows the total before payment.

2. Payment

Payment is arranged directly with us: after you send your order we contact you on WhatsApp, agree the payment method with you and confirm when your payment has been received. Production starts only after we have confirmed your payment. Please never send card details through chat or e-mail. Taxes (VAT / sales tax) are added where required and stated when the payment is agreed with you.

3. Your material and rights

You confirm that you own or are licensed to use every photo, logo, text and trademark you send us, and that they do not infringe anyone's rights or break the law. You give us a limited licence to use them only to produce and host your order. On full payment, you own the delivered files and the content of your store; we keep ownership of our underlying software, templates, fonts and tools, and grant you a perpetual licence to use them inside the delivered project. The store is prepared for your own business only: you may not resell, sub-license or transfer the store, the templates or the service to another person or business.

4. Delivery and revisions

Delivery works as described on the Delivery & Fair Use page. Delivery time starts when payment is confirmed and your order details and photos are complete. Each package includes correction of defects against what was ordered; major new scope is a separate order. The 30-second promo video is delivered in one version, in the platform format you chose; changes to the brief after production are not revisions but a new order at the full price.

5. Acceptable use

We do not produce or host content that is illegal, deceptive, hateful, adult, or that promotes weapons, drugs or fraud, and we may refuse or cancel such an order with a full refund. Sample stores shown on this site are demonstrations with fictional brands; they are not real shops or customer testimonials.

6. Hosting and third parties

Stores are hosted on third-party infrastructure (Vercel / GitHub). Hosting is included at no extra cost for as long as the service is offered; we will give you your files and notice if we ever stop hosting so you can move them. Third-party services (WhatsApp, Supabase, your domain registrar) are governed by their own terms.

7. Warranty and liability

Deliverables are provided “as is” against the package description; we do not promise sales, views or ranking results. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms for future orders. Orders are governed by the laws of the country in which Apex Studio Pro is established, without affecting your mandatory consumer rights. Contact: contact@apexstudiopro.com (reply within 3 business days).
