Privacy Policy

Apex Studio Pro (“we”, “us”) builds digital brand assets for small businesses: cinematic promo videos, enhanced product photos, online stores, installable web apps (PWA) and QR menus / print cards. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
1. Information we collect
- Order details you give us: brand name, contact e-mail, phone / WhatsApp number, business type, product names and prices, offer text, preferred language and style, domain name if you have one.
- Files you upload or link: product photos, logos and similar material used to produce your order.
- Payment information: Payment is arranged directly with us: after you send your order we contact you on WhatsApp, agree the payment method with you and confirm when your payment has been received. Production starts only after we have confirmed your payment. Please never send card details through chat or e-mail. We keep your order details (name, e-mail, package, services, order reference) and our confirmation that the payment was received.
- Messages you send us by e-mail or WhatsApp.
- Technical data: our hosting provider (Vercel) may process standard connection data such as IP address, browser type and requested pages to deliver and secure the site.
2. How we use it
- To produce, deliver and support the package you ordered.
- To send order confirmations, delivery messages and replies to your questions.
- To prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your data and we do not use your photos or brand material in our own marketing without your written permission.
3. Service providers
We share only what is needed with: WhatsApp (to arrange your payment, if you contact us there), Vercel and GitHub (hosting and delivery of your store), Make.com (optional order notifications), Supabase (the private store-manager page, order status and, for restaurants, live orders and waiter calls), fal.ai and Anthropic (only if you order the AI promo video: the photos and brief you supplied are sent to them to direct and generate the video), and Google (Google Fonts, and the Google Maps review link if you add one). These providers process data under their own privacy terms.
4. Your stores and your customers
A store we build for you is yours. Orders placed by your customers are sent to your WhatsApp / e-mail; we do not receive, process or store your customers' orders. You are responsible for your own privacy notice towards your customers.
5. Retention
We keep order records and delivery files for as long as needed to support you and to meet legal and accounting duties (normally up to 3 years), then delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to delete your files earlier at any time.
6. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to its use. E-mail contact@apexstudiopro.com; we reply within 3 business days.
7. Security and children
We use access-controlled hosting and private delivery links. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data. Our services are for businesses and not directed at children under 16.
